基于 Linux 的 WFT 嵌入式数据传输系统设计

     

摘要

In order to synchronously acquire and save road load spectrum data , a set of wheel force transducer ( WFT) data acquisition instrument is designed based on Linux system .The instrument design of software and hardware is described in detail , of which the hardware adopts PC 104 motherboard and the software adopts multi-thread technology under Linux development environment .As a transmission server from multi-serial ports of WFT data acquisition to Ethernet , the data acquisition process can be controlled by command buttons or Ethernet .Ex-periment results show that the instrument works steadily and reliably .It meets the road load spectrum data acqui-sition performance requirements , which has an important application value as independently developed car-road test equipment .%  为实现同步采集道路载荷谱数据并保存,设计开发了一套车轮力传感器( wheel force transducer ,WFT)数据采集系统。文中详细介绍了该系统的软硬件构成,硬件采用PC104主板,软件采用了Linux下的多线程技术,实现了既可以通过自身按键进行控制也可以通过以太网远程控制的WFT采集多串口数据转以太网服务器的设计。测试与试验表明:系统可以稳定可靠地采集各通道传感器数据,能够满足道路载荷谱数据采集的性能要求,作为自主研制的车路测试仪器具有重要的应用价值。
