非连续级配再生自密实混凝土梁受弯性能分析

     

摘要

采用一种非连续级配再生自密实混凝土制成的钢筋混凝土梁,进行受弯对比试验,研究此混凝土梁受弯时的破坏特征、开裂弯矩和极限受弯承载力;并将试验结果与现行混凝土结构设计规范中的相关公式进行比较分析.结果表明:非连续级配再生自密实混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁破坏形态和特征相似;实测开裂弯矩小于普通混凝土梁;运用现行规范公式计算的极限承载力满足强度要求,并有足够安全储备.%The reinforced concrete beams under study are made of a sort of self-compacting regeneration concrete using non-continuous graded recycled coarse aggregates.And the flexural tests of these beams are conducted to study their failure characteristics,cracking moment and ultimate flexural bearing capacity.The experimental results are compared with the relevant formulas in the Chinese design code of concrete.According to the test results and the current Chinese code for the design of concrete structures,the calculating formulas of cracking and ultimate flexural moments are investigated.The results show that the failure modes of the concrete beam made of non continuous graded recycled self-compacting concrete are similar to those of the ordinary concrete beam,and the measured cracking flexural moment is smaller than that of the ordinary concrete beam.Its ultimate flexural bearing capacity calculated by the formula in current Chinese code can meet the strength requirement,and there is enough safety margin.
