PMSM矢量控制系统在PHEV中的应用

     

摘要

In order to make fully use of the electric motor in the PHEV, PMSM mathematical model is established and vector transformation method is used to achieve current direct decoupling control in both torque component and excitation component.This method controls the torque of PMSM effectively, and makes AC motors comparable with DC motors.Two kinds of PMSM vector control mode that fits for HEV are proposed, and different driving speeds are compared.MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation model based on above analysis is established.The results show that the control system is fast in response, has little fluctuations in output parameters and high efficiency.The vehicle has good dynamic characteristics and high recovery rate of braking energy, and the fuel economy is improved.%为了充分发挥电机在PHEV中的作用,分析了永磁同步电机(PMSM)数学模型,采用矢量变换法实现对电流转矩分量和励磁分量的直接解耦控制,有效控制永磁同步电机转矩,使交流电机能够获得和直流电机相接近的性能.确定了适合混合动力汽车的2种PMSM矢量控制方式,并对比2种控制策略在整车不同行驶速度下的优缺点.在此基础上建立了控制系统的MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真模型,同时将PMSM及其控制系统嵌入整车中进行UDDS城市工况的仿真研究.仿真结果表明:该控制系统响应快、输出参数波动小,电机工作效率高,整车具有较好的动力性,同时该控制系统提高了制动能量回收率,进一步提高了整车的经济性.
