基于教师专业标准的小学英语教师专业发展--以江苏省常州市为例

     

摘要

教师专业标准的制定和实施是促进小学英语教师专业发展的重要举措。目前,小学英语教师专业发展的现状不容乐观,教师自主发展意识淡薄,教师专业发展的外部支持缺乏。为此,应以外语教师专业标准的内涵为切入点,通过提升教师的自我发展意识,创造外部支持性环境及提倡反思实践等措施来促进教师的专业发展。%The development and implementation of Professional Standards for English teachers can be an impor-tant measure to promote professional development of primary school English teachers. The current status of pri-mary school English teachers’professional development is not satisfactory. Self-awareness of professional devel-opment and external support are lacking in primary schools. We should promote the professional development of English teachers in the perspective of foreign language teachers’professional standards through measures such as enhancing teachers’self-awareness of professional development, creating a supportive external environment and encouraging reflections on teaching.
