城乡统筹视野下高校参与农村干部培训现状及对策研究

摘要

New rural construction raises new requirements on the functions of training rural cadres under the urban -rural integra-tion.To meet the needs of times , colleges and universities participate in training rural cadres , which is an inevitable trend of the cadres training development as well as a critical path of colleges and universities helping the rural development .After summari-zing the previous training experience and the current problems , colleges and universities should make full use of their advantages to scientifically demonstrate training programs , constantly innovate training patterns , and gradually set up and perfect the long-term management mechanism .Moreover, they should adapt the training curriculum to the adjustment of the rural industry struc-ture.%城乡统筹背景下新农村建设对农村干部培训职能提出了新要求，高校迎合时代需求参与农村干部培训，既是干部培训发展的必然趋势，也是高校服务农村发展的重要途径。在总结以往培训经验的基础上结合当下遇到的问题，高校应充分利用自身优势，科学论证培训项目；不断创新培训模式；逐步建立和完善培训管理长效机制；在课程设置上应适应农村产业结构调整。
