从一定意义上说，城镇化就是城镇空间的生产、发展和转换的过程。传统城镇化偏重城市空间发展，推动乡村空间向城市空间的急速转换，导致乡村空间被剥夺、边缘化和遭隔离，使城乡空间失衡，损害空间正义。新型城镇化必须坚持空间正义原则，推进空间维度建设，特别要正视城乡失衡的风险，高度重视城乡空间纽带———乡镇的发展，进行乡镇空间重构，做到科学规划城乡空间，优化乡镇空间布局；改革管理体制，强化乡镇空间权利；突出产城融合，推进乡镇空间建设；完善公共服务，促进乡镇空间共享，构建符合空间规律、具有中国特色的城镇化建设新路径。%In a sense,the urbanization is the process of production,development,and transformation of the urban space. The traditional urbanization focuses on the city special development,and promotes the rapid conversion of the village space to the city space,which results in the deprived,marginalized and segregated town and village space.New-type ur-banization must adhere to the principle of space justice,and promote the construction of the spatial dimension,especially confronting the risk of imbalance between urban and rural areas.At the same time,it should attach the great importance to the development of township,which links the urban and rural space.We need to reconstruct the township space,ac-cording to planning urban and rural space scientifically,and optimizing the space layout,reform the management system, strengthen the rural space right,highlight the fusion of industry and city and promote the construction of township space. We can focus on improving the public service,promoting the rural space sharing so as to construct a new path of urbaniza-tion with China characteristics.
