论传统乡贤与现代新乡贤的内涵界定与社会功能

摘要

The elite of villager is an important force in traditional governance structure of society in China.The elite of vil-lager,ever as an important role of rural governance,plays a positive role in the process of the feudal system of the social rule.It is the main power in the traditional society of grassroots governance in history.Today,to study the elite of villag-er,especially to excavate the beneficial factors of the elite of villager in rural governance at new era in the process of build-ing new countryside socialism,it has great value in exploring its important subject position in the process of modernization of governance .Therefore,it is an essential prerequisite for us to clarify the relationship of the new elite of villager with traditional elite of villager.%乡贤是中国传统社会治理格局中的重要力量。在历史上，乡贤曾经作为乡村治理的重要角色而在整个封建制社会统治过程中发挥过积极作用，是传统社会基层治理的主要力量。时至今日，研究乡贤，特别是发掘建设社会主义新农村过程中新时代的乡贤在乡村治理中的有益因素，探索其在国家治理现代化过程中的主体地位是有重要价值的。为此，厘清现代新乡贤与传统乡贤的关系是正确发挥新乡贤积极作用的基本前提。
