离子液体中碘催化2-芳基-1H-苯并咪唑衍生物的合成

摘要

A series of 2-aryl-1 H-benzo [d]imidazole derivatives were selectively synthesized by the reaction of ben-zene-1 ,2-diamine with aromatic aldehyde catalyzed by iodine in ionic liquids of [BMIm]Br .The advantages of this procedure include neutral reaction conditions ,high yields and environmentally benign .Of which ,the structure of 3i was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis .%碘催化下，以芳醛、邻苯二胺为原料，在离子液体[BM Im ]Br中选择性反应得到了一系列2-芳基-1 H-苯并咪唑衍生物。该方法具有中性反应条件、产率较高和环境友好等优点。其中化合物3i的结构通过X单晶衍射分析加以证实。
