基于科学发展的城市经济竞争力评价研究--以淮河流域主要城市为例

摘要

Under the background of scientific development,the competition between cities no longer just focuses on the speed and the size of economic development.Besides,both the economic structure and the economic efficiency are the main factors that affect the competitiveness of urban economy.Based on the development level,economic growth,economic structure and economic efficiency,an index system for evaluating the economic competitiveness of the main cities in Huaihe River Basin is established.In which,the variation coefficient method and AHP are used to evaluate the index weight.The results show that the provincial differentiation pattern of the urban economic compet-itiveness is obviously,and the competitiveness in cities of North and Middle Jiangsu was significantly higher than that of southern Shandong,followed by the cities of Henan and Anhui Provinces.%在科学发展的时代背景下，城市间的经济竞争力不再局限于其发展速度和规模，经济结构和经济效率成为影响城市经济竞争力的主要因素。基于此，构建包括发展水平、经济增长、经济结构和经济效率4个准则层的城市经济竞争力评价指标体系，采用变异系数法和层次分析法确定指标权重，测算淮河流域主要城市的经济竞争力。结果表明：城市经济竞争力的省际分异格局明显，苏北、苏中城市经济竞争力明显高于鲁南城市，其次为豫皖两省城市。
