中国在北极地区的战略利益分析——非传统安全视角

全球气候变暖正在迅速改变北极地区的自然与社会环境,北极地区已经成为一个新的国际地缘政治区域,对世界政治和国际关系的影响越来越大。中国在北极地区的战略利益显著上升,北极升温和海冰融化对中国的生态系统、粮食安全、产业发展和沿海地区安全等具有潜在的不利影响;北极地区将变成一个新的能源和资源产地,对中国的能源安全具有重要意义;＂北极航道＂的开通将对中国产生深远的战略影响,带来各种机遇和挑战。%The Arctic region,whose natural and social environment is rapidly changing because of global warming,has become a new geopolitical arena,hence increasingly strong influence on the world politics and international relations.China＇s strategic interests in the region increase as it warms up and its sea ice melts,which will ultimately impact China＇s eco-system,its food security,its industrial development and the security of its coastal areas.The Arctic region will become a new base of energy and resources,thus having a special bearing on China＇s energy security.The opening of the Arctic Passage will bring about opportunities and challenges to China and therefore influence its national strategies.
