延安时期毛泽东对学习型政党建设的初步探索

The Yan＇ an period is an important historic period with CPC＇ s booming and growing, during this period, Mao Ze- dong attached importance to strengthening the learning-oriented party construction. So the intensive studying and summing up Mao Ze-dong＇ s tentative exploration on this aspect will not only help us learn and master the party＇ s ruling practice in Yan＇ an period, but further promote the party＇s advancement construction, improve the governance ability and set up learning-oriented party and society.%延安时期是中国共产党迅速发展和壮大的重要历史时期，毛泽东在这一时期极为重视加强学习型政党的建设。深入研究、认真总结延安时期毛泽东在学习主体、学习内容、学习方式、学习制度等关于学习型政党建设方面所做的初步探索，不仅有利于我们更加全面地了解并掌握党在延安时期的执政实践，而且有利于今天进一步推进党的先进性建设，提高党的执政水平和执政能力，更好地创建学习型政党以及学习型社会。
