关于建好“职工之家”的实践与思考

Establishing "workers’ home" contributes to the construction of both harmonious enterprise and harmonious society.Jianghan Oil Production Plant has made a beneficial attempt in it and gained a positive result.This paper has expounded the significance for establishing "workers’ home" and pondered over and probed its practical activity,which will promote sustainable and effective development of the enterprise.%建好＂职工之家＂是构建和谐企业和和谐社会的需要。江汉采油厂在这方面进行了有益的尝试并取得了积极的成果,本文阐述了建好＂职工之家＂的重大意义,也对创建＂职工之家＂的实践活动进行了思考探索,必将对企业持续有效发展起到积极的推动作用。
