从油田失业人员就业现状入手，通过对油田失业人员社会就业难原因的深入分析，提出了5点促进稳定就业对策：加强外出就业宣传，拓宽油田就业渠道；加大劳务输出力度，争取更多就业岗位；支持改制外包企业，增加就业用工需求；准确把握就业政策，帮助失业人员创业；加强职业技能培训，提高就业成功率。%Starting with current employment situation of the oilfield laid-off workers ,the author analyzes the reasons for employment difficulty ,followed by the suggestions that the employment ways be diversified by encouraging more laid-offs to seek outside employment;employment positions be increased by exporting more labor services and sup‐porting restructuring of outsourcing enterprises;the laid-offs be encouraged to start a business according to em‐ployment policy and the chance of successful employment be promoted by strengthening vocational training .
