The proton-exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is one of the most significant develop-ment trends of the new energy technology.This paper has presented an innovative design method for the sealing structure of the PEMFC aiming to solve the problem that the sealing is easily to fail when the optimal packing force is exerted on the cell.The method has been validated by the numerical simulation.The results show that the sealing structure designed using this method can not only guarantee the PEMFC works with optimal perform-ance,but the sealing ring is in ideal compression condition.The pre-compression is out the range of permanent deformation,and the contact stress also satisfies the sealing requirement of the medium.This method greatly im-proves the reliability of the sealing structure of PEMFC.%质子交换膜燃料电池是新能源技术发展的重要方向,针对燃料电池最佳封装力作用下密封结构容易失效的问题,基于燃料电池结构和工作原理提出了基于最佳封装力的密封结构设计方法,并使用有限元分析手段对其进行验证.结果表明,基于该方法设计的密封槽和密封圈在保证燃料电池工作性能不受影响的同时,密封圈也处于最佳压缩状态之下,不仅密封圈预压缩量小于橡胶的永久变形量,而且产生的接触应力也满足介质密封要求,密封结构极大的提高了燃料电池工作的可靠性.
