The lack of Logistics personnel is an important factor of restricting the healthy development of China's logistics in current industry. This article studies the current situation of logistics professionals in the enterprises of Qingdao City to conduct a study to analyze and discuss the situation of the demand for logistics professionals in enterprises of China for present.%　　物流人才匮乏是当前制约我国物流业健康发展的重要因素之一。本文从青岛市企业物流专业人才的现状进行研究，对我国现代企业对物流专业人才需求的状况进行分析和探讨。
