论高等院校在职教师信息化能力的培育

Along with the rapid development of the information age, for university teaching staff in the professional level、 education level、knowledge and other aspects of the requirements of a deeper, higher education teachers urgent need to further enhance their level. The author summarizes and explains the ability of information technology teacher training four modes.%伴随着信息时代的飞速发展，对高等院校教师在专业水平、学历层次、知识面等方面提出了更深一层的要求，高等院校的教师迫切需要进一步提升自身水平。本文作者总结并阐述了教师信息化能力培养的四种模式。
