浅谈价值观维度下大学生的就业质量问题

         

摘要

The 18th session of the people's congress increases the employment to the height of the vital to people's livelihood, more mentioned to push the society to achieve high quality employment, as a social important human resource of col ege students, in recent years, employment situation is not optimistic, in the severe employment situation today, col ege students’ employment quality become important issues of common concern to the government, universities and society. Compared with the external factors, col ege students' personal motive, range of employment, goals, expectations, employment way, values are the dominant factors that affect col ege students' employment, smooth employment for col ege students play a crucial role. In this paper, the values of col ege students' employment as a breakthrough point of research, analysis of the employment values the important influence to the quality of university students' employment, on the basis of this puts forward to actively guide col ege students to form scientific correct values of employment, to help solve the problem of university students' employment difficult social, further realize the col ege students employment quality.%十八大将就业提高到民生之本的高度,更提到要推动社会实现高质量就业,大学生作为社会重要的人力资源,近年来出现不容乐观的就业形势,如何在就业形势严峻的今天实现大学生高质量就业成为政府、高校和社会普遍关注的重要议题。相比外部因素,大学生个人的就业动机、范围选择、目标期望、就业方式等价值观是影响大学生就业的主导因素,对大学生顺利就业起关键作用。本文将大学生的就业价值观作为研究的切入点,分析就业价值观对大学生就业质量的重要影响,在此基础上提出要积极引导大学生形成科学正确的就业价值观,帮助解决大学生就业难的社会问题,进一步实现大学生高质量就业。
