双向激励模式在大学课堂教育的运用

摘要

The two-way incentive mode in college classroom education is born under the modern education concept, which is the new application of Marxism in the education. Two-way incentive mode influences both teachers and students. That is to say, in the daily education work, teachers’ and the students’ roles are constantly changing with time and the change of the surrounding environment. Therefore, two-way incentive model is refers to a certain extent the incentive to students which is also incentive to teachers. Therefore, it is a kind of incentive mode of mutual development.%大学课堂教育的双向激励模式是在现代教育理念下孕育而生的，双向激励模式是继承和发展了的马克思主义在教育理念上的新运用。双向激励模式是对教师和学生的共同作用，也就是说，在日常的教育工作中，教师和学生的主客体位置，是随着时间和周围环境的变化而不断变化的。因此，双向激励模式就是指对于学生的激励在一定程度上也是对教师的激励，是对双方共同发展的一种激励模式。
