高校思想政治课教师综合素质方面存在的问题与解决途径

In this paper, combined with the new situation of ideological and political theory teachers team construction, to put forward the problems of the ideological and political teacher's ideological and political quality, knowledge quality, professional quality, and put forward the concrete solution strategy.%本文结合高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的新形势，提出思想政治课教师的思想政治素质、知识素质、业务素质三个方面所存在的问题，并针对性的提出具体的解决策略。
