探索“三二三一”学生支部发展党员新机制北京工业大学建规学院学生基层党支部创新案例研究

Eighteen big reports of the Party point out,"always incorporate the spirit of reform and innovation into all links of governance""requires us to the spirit of reform and innovation to promote the new great project of Party building". Strengthen and improve the development of Party members of college students, and continuously improve the quality of student Party member development, is an important task of the construction of college Party organization. This paper in the case, the process and methods, implementation effect evaluation and experience, in recent years the school of architecture and city planning of Beijing University of Technology students Party branch in college two level Party organization under the guidance of the development of Party members, Party branch work mechanism innovation, stimulate the vitality of the Party branch, a series of active exploration analysis and research, provides a useful attempt for the new period and improve the quality of college student Party member development.%党的十八大报告指出，“要始终把改革创新精神贯彻到治国理政各个环节”“要求我们以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程”。加强和改进大学生党员发展工作，不断提高学生党员发展质量，是高校党组织建设的一项重要任务。本文以案例的方式，从实施的过程与方法、效果评价与经验启示方面，就近年来北京工业大学建筑与城市规划学院学生基层党支部在校院两级党组织的指导下，推进党支部发展党员工作机制创新、激发党支部自身活力，进行一系列积极地探索与研究分析，为新时期提高高校学生党员发展的质量提供了有益尝试。
