浅析高校辅导员队伍建设存在问题及对策

With the rapid development of China's higher education, many universities have many new problems and new forms to face. The values of young students, thinking, personal behavior and so on are changed significantly, and emerging many new issues, put forward the construction of college counselors should pay attention to the multi-level, multi direction, multi channel to carry out ideological and political and the daily management.%伴随我国高等教育的快速发展，很多高校有许多新问题和新形式需要面对。本文就青年学生的价值观、思维变化、个人行为方式等等全部发生了显著的变化，并出现了诸多新问题进行探讨，以提出以高校辅导员队伍建筑应注意多层次、多方向，多渠道开展学生思想政治及日常管理工作。
