基于需求分析探索英语专业应用型人才的培养

         

摘要

Based on an investigation of two aspects of learning goals and social needs, English professional skills courses need to be accounted for a large proportion, in addition, English and other relevant professional knowledge and skills are welcomed by learners and employers, and simple English knowledge and skills has been unable to meet the social demand for talents. Therefore, constructing the demand-oriented"zero distance"theory teaching system, practice teaching system, the ability to expand the system and applied teachers is a necessary way to cultivate applied talents.%通过对学习者目标需求和社会需求两方面的调查,发现英语专业技能课程需要占较大比例,除此之外,与英语相关的其它专业知识和技能颇受学习者和用人单位欢迎,而单纯的英语知识和技能已不能满足社会对人才的需求。因此,构建以需求为导向的“零距离”理论教学体系、实践教学体系、能力拓展体系及应用型师资队伍是培养应用型人才的必要途径。
