The present invention relates to a nutrition management system based on an application-based personal health analysis and a method thereof. According to a personal health analysis based on an application, the nutrition management system comprises: a nutrition management application (10) installed in a personal portable electronic device (P); a nutrition management server (20) connected through a nutrition management application (10) and storing health, diet, and nutrition management data for each person; a calorie calculation module (CC) connected to the nutrition management application (10) to calculate an influence of the nutrition of food consumed by an individual on health; and a health analysis module (HA) for analyzing an influence of consumed food on personal health according to a result calculated by the calorie calculation module (CC).
