新时期高校班级管理现状分析

摘要

大学班集体是班级各同学之间、师生之间联系的纽带，是教师与学生信息交流的基本平台。因此，作为高校最基层的管理之一，班级管理显得尤为重要。然而，目前高校班级管理仍采取“命令式”和“权威式”来培养和教育学生，弊端比较突出。本文就目前高校班级管理现状进行分析，以为新时期高校教育研究提供一些参考和借鉴。%The university class is the link between teachers and students, is a basic platform for exchange of teachers and students. Therefore, as one of the most grass-roots management in Institutions of higher learning, class management is particularly important. However, the current class management in colleges and universities still take the"order type"and"authority"to train and educate students, the problems are relatively obvious. The paper analyzes the situation of college class management, to provide some reference for university education and research in the new period.
