高职院校培养的是技能型、技术型人才,是为企业输送一线员工,这一特点就决定了高职教育必须依靠行业、企业办学.所以,高职院校的分类考试招生应当与行业、企业加强联系,培养出社会所需的多样化职业人才,满足市场对人才规格与质量的需求.本文将从校企合作的角度论及高职院校分类考试招生的改进方向,包括:考试科目和考试内容的改进、专业技能测试考核方法的改进、专业结构调整方法的改进,以求为加快推进高职院校分类考试招生提供一些借鉴.%Higher vocational coleges cultivate talents, provide enterprises with the staff, so the higher vocational education must rely on industry and enterprise.
