衡量高等职业技术学校教育水平的一项重要指标的就是对学生职业能力的培养，而职业英语则是作为学生职业培养学科中的一个重要的必修科目，因为学好高职英语将会对学生的能力起到十分重要的作用，不仅能够提高学生的技术水平，同时也会提高学生综合能力，对学生未来的发展有着不可忽视的推动作用，本文在考虑到高职院校的特殊性后，对现今高职院校的英语授课进行探究，并提出几点增强教学效率的措施。%Higher vocational school education level is an important measure to cultivate students' vocational ability, and professional English is as subject of the students' vocational training is an important compulsory subject, because will have to learn English well for the higher vocational students' ability to play a very important role, not only can improve the students' technical level, at the same time also can improve students' comprehensive ability, to the student future development has a role which cannot be ignored, in this paper, after considering the particularity of higher vocational colleges, to explore the current English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some measures to enhance teaching efficiency.
