对高校思想政治理论课教学团队建设问题的思考

摘要

加强高校思想政治理论课教学团队建设，对于提高思想政治理论课师资队伍水平和教学质量及人才培养质量等有着十分重要的意义。文章针对当前高校思想政治理论课教学团队建设中存在的主要问题，提出了加强教学团队建设、提升团队水平的对策与建议。%Strengthening ideological and political theory teaching team building, to improve the ideological and political theory has a very important lesson teachers and teaching quality and personnel training quality. Aiming at the main issues of ideological and political theory teaching team building in present, we proposed to strengthen the teaching team building, improve team level countermeasures and suggestions.
