新媒体环境下高校外语教师专业素质发展的现状及模式探究

         

摘要

本文综述前人在外语教师专业素质发展方面的相关研究成果基础上,探讨外语教师专业素质发展过程中面临的现状和问题.提出高校外语教师专业素质发展的重点在于优化教师的现有知识结构,提高自身发展能力,并充分利用新媒体的资源,以期促进外语教师整体素质的发展和提高.%The preschool education is more and more important. Urban and rural preschool education in the aspects of hardware facilities, education opportunity gap has narrowed, but the quality county pre-school education ought to be there is a big room to improve. Main problems are as follows: the county kindergarten layout is unreasonable, uneven preschool teachers’ configuration, hardware facilities exist polarization phenomenon, pre-school education in rural areas are "elementary school" and so on chaos. Based on this, advances promote the county the safeguard mechanism of balanced development of preschool education, regulating the administration of rural private kindergartens; Establish effective promote rural preschool teachers' professional quality training mechanism; County of pre-school education cost sharing mechanism; Course construction is more in line with the county education environment; Construction of "home" cooperation mode, etc.
