对我国特殊工时制度适用范围的反思和重构

Irregular work and combined working hours are meant to overcome rigid standard working hours which bring the inefficient, but their scope is not clear, leading damage to workers' rights .Therefore, we should reclassify the scope of the special working hour system to protect the rights of workers and promote enterprise development.%特殊工时制度为了克服标准工时僵化带来的效率低下,然而他的适用范围不明确,划分标准不统一,导致企业滥用此制度对职工健康权、休息权和劳动报酬权造成侵害.因此我国应该重新划分我国特殊工时制度的适用范围,明晰标准以保障职工权利促进企业发展.
