The origin of vocational education and training in Poland is earlier, after experiencing the reform of political system, Poland got the aid and international cooperation from European countries, and established a new vocational education system. In the construction of vocational education teachers, Poland has established the pre service training and on-the-job training system. In the situation of social development and progress, the construction of teaching staff in Vocational Education in Poland is still facing difficulties.
