基于“以德为行,以学为上”的教育思想构建大学生处分后续教育机制

         

摘要

"Moral oriented, give priority to learning" embodies the essence of Chinese traditional culture, put forward by professor Kuang Bang-hong, and gradualy become the mainstream of important education thought, it is both a measure criterion of cultivating talents, also in the construction of education system play a key role in guiding. Colege student disciplinary education system build and perfect folow-up, must be based on moral education, attach importance to the unity of knowledge and behavior, by several measures: perfect the incentive system of rewards and punishments, concern for students psychological growth, fair treatment of subsequent development of students, seepage moral education gradualy, finaly established long-term and perfect folow-up education system.%“以德为行,以学为上”脉承中国传统文化崇德尚学的思想精髓,由邝邦洪教授提出并逐渐成为当下一种重要的主流教育思想,它既是培育人才的一个衡量准则,同时也在构建教育体制中起到关键的指导作用。大学生违纪后续教育制度的构建和完善,必须立足“以德为行,以学为上”的前瞻思想,以德为先,以人为本,重视知行合一,通过建立违纪学生帮扶机制、完善激励奖惩制度、关怀学生心理成长、倡导公平对待学生后续发展等几项关键措施,逐渐渗透德学教育,最终确立长效而完善的后续教育体制。
