应用型本科教师素质测评层次分析模型研究

摘要

According to the applied undergraduate talents training goal and professional characteristics, the factors determining the quality of teachers, hierarchical analysis model is established, the structure is reciprocal matrix, the calculation of weight vector and do the consistency check, finally calculated the weight of each factor, decision makers in the teacher according to teachers in the process of the measurement of various weights quantify, high and low ranking, according to the grades for the teachers' quality assessment or the new teacher recruitment method provides a scientific, fair and reasonable.%根据应用型本科人才培养目标及专业特点，确定教师素质因素，建立层次分析模型，构造正互反矩阵，计算权向量并做一致性检验，最后计算出决策层各因素的权重，在教师测评过程中根据教师各项权值进行量化打分，按分数高低排名，为教师素质测评或新教师招聘提供了科学、公正、合理的方法。
