关于免费师范生就业政策的问题分析及对策研究

摘要

本文以免费师范生就业政策为研究对象，通过分析发现当前免费师范生就业政策主要存在免费师范生政策目标与个人就业期待的不一致、免费师范生政策退出机制的不完善、免费师范生编制问题没有得到完全解决等问题。进一步完善免费师范生就业政策，政府部门要进一步完善和落实相关政策，加强政策宣传力度；设计合理的准入和推出机制。%This article free normal employment policy as the research object, through the analysis, found that the current free normal employment policy mainly exist the following problems:the free normal policy goals and personal employment expectation is inconsistent, free normal policy exit mechanism is imperfect, free normal preparation problems haven't been solved completely. We will further improve the free normal employment policy, the government departments should further improve and implement policies, strengthening policy propaganda;Design reasonable access and release mechanism.
