阶段性内涵式发展:新办民办高职院校发展新模式

         

摘要

Extensive development mode and connotative development model, and extension and connotation type development model has been known of since the reform and opening up, and play an important role for our country's higher education rapid development, but can not be generalized. The specific choice of the development mode of higher vocational colleges is very important to the development of this kind of colleges and universities. According to the plight of the newly established private higher vocational colleges, combined with the characteristics of its development, this paper analyzes the limitations of existing development model, and puts forward a new model. Give the meaning of the model, explains its rationality, analyzes its characteristics, advantages and feasibility, and takes Chongqing N college as an example, to reveal the practical role of the model. The research thinks that the content development model has good applicability and effectiveness to the develop of private higher vocational colleges and universities.%外延式发展模式、内涵式发展模式以及外延式与内涵式并重发展模式早已广为人知,对改革开放以来我国高等教育事业的迅速发展起到过重要作用,但三者的适用性不可一概而论。高职院校发展模式的具体选择,对该类院校自身发展至关重要。根据新办民办高职院校所处困境,结合其发展特点,分析既有发展模式的局限性,针对性地提出阶段性内涵式发展新模式。给出该模式含义,阐释其合理性,分析其特点、优势及可行性等;并以重庆N学院办学实践为例,揭示该模式实际作用。研究认为,阶段性内涵式发展模式对新办民办高职院校顺利发展具有良好的适用性和切实的有效性。
