应用型大学英语教师职业倦怠的产生原因分析与对策

         

摘要

The phenomenon of job burnout exists in many social occupations, it is also common in colege teachers. Teacher with job burnout often has a sense of excessive pressure and frustration, and physical and mental fatigue in working and living. This phenomenon seriously affects the quality of teaching, and it is more obvious for teachers in the applied colege English teaching. This article from three aspects to reveal the causes of job burnout and explore the coping strategies: social factors, organizational factors and teaching factors.%职业倦怠现象不仅在社会众多职业中存在,而且也在高校教师中普遍存在。产生职业倦怠的教师往往对工作和生活处在一种过度压力和挫败感中,身心感到疲惫。这种现象的产生严重影响到教学质量,并且在应用型大学英语教师及教学中更为明显。文章拟从社会因素、组织因素和教学因素三方面揭示职业倦怠产生的原因,探讨应对策略。
