开放条件下我国最优就业结构的经验研究

摘要

就业结构与产业结构的协同变化是发展中国家经济发展的重要条件之一。我国的就业结构一直滞后于产业结构的发展,但在我国现有的技术水平和开放程度之下,符合经济最优发展需要的就业结构并非是使其与产业结构完全一致。本文提出最优就业结构的概念,并应用DEA方法计算最适应我国经济发展需要的就业结构。研究结果显示,如果我国各产业劳动力比重能达到最优就业结构,国内生产总值将能提高一个百分点。%One of the most important conditions of economic development is the coordination of employment structure and industrial structure.In our country,the employment structure has been lagged behind the industrial structure,but according to the technology of our country,it is not optimal to make the employment structure consistent with the industrial structure.This paper puts forward the concept of optimal employment structure,and uses DEA method to estimate the optimal employment structure.The results show that,if every Chinese industry labor can achieve optimal structure,GDP will increase by one percentage point.
