病毒纳米粒在药物递送中的应用

         

摘要

Viral nanoparticles (VNP) are virus-based nanoparticle carriers that can be used as a building block for novel drug carriers with a variety of properties, such as enhancing their biological compatibility and increasing their targeting efficiencies. By the means of chemical modification and genetic engineering, researchers are able to connect various purposes molecules to the surfaces of VNP and adjust/change the protein amino acid sequence and the amino acid residues types of capsid protein, thereby improving the drug delivering performances of capsid protein. In this paper, we review the recent advances of VNP' applications in drug delivery, and highlight the structure, surface modification methods and drug delivery features of several plant viral nanoparticles.%病毒纳米粒是以病毒为基础构建的纳米粒载体,具有生物相容性好、特定靶向性强等特点,在生物医药领域研究广泛.通过化学修饰和基因工程改造等手段,可以在病毒纳米粒表面共价连接各种目的分子,从小分子叶酸到大分子的聚乙二醇、多肽、蛋白甚至纳米粒等,也可调整和改变病毒纳米粒衣壳蛋白的氨基酸序列和氨基酸残基的种类,从而提高载体靶向性、载药量和包封率等.本文主要回顾近年来病毒纳米粒在药物递送应用中的研究情况,着重介绍几种植物来源病毒纳米粒的结构特征、表面修饰方法和药物递送的特点.
