农村信息传播:一个国外文献述评

摘要

[目的/意义]城镇化加速推进影响着各类要素的相互渗透和融合.利用信息流引领技术流、资金流、人才流向农业农村汇集,对于推进城乡信息的共享、交流、协同,促进城乡一体化发展以及全面建成小康社会具有重要意义.[方法/过程]采用文献分析法,前瞻性地从农村信息供需两方面系统梳理了农村信息传播的国外前沿研究理论和方法,主要包括信息接受、传播模式以及地区案例等内容.[结果/结论]在"互联网+"背景下开展农村信息传播领域研究,要把握国外多维度、多学科的理论前沿,结合国情和城乡发展目标,在理论适用性和政策针对性方面开展具体实践.%[Purpose/Significance]Accelerating urbanization has influences on mutual integration of various factors.Leading flows of technology, fund and talents to gather in agriculture and rural areas by information flow is to of great value for the urban-rural information sharing, exchanging and collaboration, and will promote the urban-rural integration and accelerate the building of a moderately prosperous society.[Method/Process]Using literature analysis, this article summarizes overseas frontier research on theory and methods of rural information dissemination from both sides of demand and supply of rural information systematically, covering the topics of information receiving, dissemination mode, cases and so on.[Result/Conclusion]It is concluded that research on rural information dissemination under the background of "Internet +" should pay attention to multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary foreign theoretical frontier, and to carrying out specific practices in accordance with theoretical suitability and policy targeted, always taking national conditions and urban-rural development goals into consideration.
