PSOLUTION: The information diffusion system includes a diffusion network 101 configured of diffusion nodes 102 connected to each other, and a false information generation device 10 which provides information to the diffusion nodes 102 connected to the diffusion network 101. The false information generation device 10 is provided with: a body part 105 for collecting information related with real individuals, groups, and enterprises as specific information, and an individual information discrimination means 120 which generates processed individual information by changing the processing of the collected specific information, and transmits the processed individual information to each of the diffusion nodes 102 of the diffusion network 101.
