轻型钢结构保温复合板的力学性能研究

     

摘要

The composite heat insulation board in light steel structure is composed of light stiff frame and heat insulation material. The structural form of the board has already secured the national invention patent and is widely used in projects, it also received the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This paper studies the deflection and ultimate bearing capacity of the composite board from theory to experiment, and proposes the formula calculating ultimate bearing capacity and the formula calculating deflection that considered the slip effect. The calculating result used the formulas is consistent perfectly with the test dates. Meanwhile, the results of considered the component effect and not considered the component effect are compared , found that the composite board has more perfect mechanical properties. The formulas calculating deflection and ultimate bearing capacity can offer the design basis for the application of the composite board in projects.%本文研究的轻型钢结构保温复合板是由轻型钢桁架与轻质保温材料组合而成的,该复合板的构造形式已获国家发明专利,在工程中得到了广泛应用,并获得了内蒙古自治区科技进步二等奖.本文对该复合板的挠度计算与极限承载力进行了理论分析和实验研究.提出了考虑滑移效应的挠度计算式和极限抗弯承载力计算式.用本文的计算式对组合板进行计算的结果与试验值吻合良好,同时与不考虑组合作用所计算的结果进行了对比,发现该组合板具有较好的力学性能.本文提出的挠度与极限强度计算式对该复合板在工程中的推广应用提供了设计依据.
