贴砌增强竖丝岩棉复合板外保温系统在钢结构体系中的应用

         

摘要

The steel structure was difficult to match with conventional external thermal insulation system because of the problems with anticorrosion, fire-protection and the large temperature distortion. The authors analyzed the system of strengthened vertical silk rock wool board bonded by adhesive polystyrene granule, and found its advantages in anti-distortion and anti-wind, and anchorages were cancelled in this system. This system was safe for steel structure, and it solved the problems on external thermal insulation system.%由于钢结构防火防腐问题突出,且自身温度形变大,传统的外保温系统很难与之匹配.分析胶粉聚苯颗粒贴砌增强竖丝岩棉复合板做法,利用该系统在抗变形能力及抗风荷载上的优势,取消结构部位的锚固件设置,可实现以粘为主的钢结构外保温作业方案,解决钢结构与外保温系统在温度、火、水、风、地震力等各方面的匹配问题.
