多元化背景下大学生理想信念教育对策探究

摘要

理想信念教育是大学生思想政治教育的核心。在多元化背景下，如何应对新形势的变化，加强和改进大学生理想信念教育，对高校来说具有十分重大的理论意义和现实意义。以思想政治理论课为主渠道，建立理想信念教育体系；以网络为载体，创新理想信念教育；以先进形象为典型，增强理想信念教育的感染力；以职业生涯规划为切入点，增强理想信念教育的实效性；加强校园文化建设，营造理想信念教育的良好氛围。%Ideal and belief education is the core of the ideological and political education for college students. Under the pluralism background, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance to cope with the new situations and to strengthen and improve the ideal and belief education. Therefore, we should carry out ideological and political theory course as the main channel and build the educational system; innovate ideal and belief education with the internet as its carrier; set up progressive models and enhance its influence; strengthen the effect of the education starting with career planning; and finally, enhance campus culture construction and create better environment for ideal and belief education.
