人类从传统农业社会向近代工业社会转变肇始于近代早期的英国，而作为历史行为主体的人也在不断转变并推动历史发展，因而从人口的角度认识和研究转型期英国史具有重要意义。国内学界对此研究比较薄弱但也做了一些有益的探索，其成果主要集中在探讨人口增长、迁移、质量等诸变量与社会经济变革发展的关系上。%Human beings from the traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society began in early modern Britain ,as the historical actors w ho are constantly changing and promoting the development of history ,and from the perspective of the population cognition and study the transition of British history is of great significance .Domestic scholars in this research is relatively weak but also made beneficial explo-ration ,its results mainly focus on demography grow th ,migration ,quality variables and changes of social economy development relations .
