通过资源环境视角分析公共体育场馆公益性特征及其发展趋势，探讨由此引发对公共体育场馆可持续发展挑战等问题。从发展角度看，公共体育场馆公益性需求急速增长，运营机制不断完善，项目设置始终以健身项目为主，表现出公益性趋势的特征。体育资源公益性特征与趋势对公共体育场馆可持续发展提出了系列挑战，如公共服务功能引致场馆功能分化，有效体育消费需求不足，公益性受关注度不强等。提出构建可持续发展公益环境，强化政府服务职能，创新运营模式，大力培育公益品牌等对策。%Through the resource environment analysis from the perspective of public stadium and gym-nasium commonweal sex characteristics and trend of development ,explore it triggered the public stadium sustainable development challenges .From the perspective of the development of public sports facilities , public welfare demand rapid growth ,the operation mechanism of continuous improvement ,project settings are always dominated by the fitness project ,presents the characteristics of public welfare trends .With the trend of the public sports resources put forward a series of challenges for public stadiums such as sustain -able development ,the public service function of functional differentiation induced venues ,the insufficient demand of effective consumption of sports ,public attention degree is not strong .Put forward the construc-tion of sustainable development of public environment ,strengthen the service function of the government , innovation of business mode ,to cultivate the public brand strategy .
