不同配伍对蒙药复方协日嘎-4总生物碱和盐酸小檗碱含量的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the effects of the total alkaloid and berberine hydrochloride in dif-ferent drug compatibility of Mongolian medicine compound Xieriga-4. Methods: The different drug compatibility factors were constituted by turmeric,cork,gardenia and tribulus terrestri,the contents of total alkaloids and berberine hydrochloride in the extract of prescription compatibility were indexes,to study the effects of different herbs on the contents of total alkaloids and berberine hydrochloride. Re-sults:Through the statistical analysis of the results,the study of the relationship between Xieriga-4 in different drug compatibility and the total alkaloid and berberine hydrochloride,the total alkaloids in the whole drug compatibility were the highest( P＜0.05) ,and the extraction amount of berberine hydrochlo-ride was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The dissolution of the total alkaloid and berberine hydrochloride in different drug compatibility of Xieriga-4 has significant difference( P＜0.05) .%目的:探究蒙药复方协日嘎-4不同配伍组合对总生物碱、盐酸小檗碱含量的影响.方法:以组方中姜黄、黄柏、栀子、蒺藜的配伍为因素,配伍后处方提取液中总生物碱、盐酸小檗碱的含量为指标,分别研究不同配伍对总生物碱、盐酸小檗碱含量的影响.结果:通过统计分析,分别研究不同配伍组中总生物碱、盐酸小檗碱含量之间的关系,其中全方组中总生物碱最高(P＜0.05),盐酸小檗碱的提取量较高( P＜0.05).结论:不同的药味组合中,总生物碱、盐酸小檗碱的溶出具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).
