布鲁氏菌病性脊柱炎是布鲁氏菌侵袭脊柱引起的感染性脊柱疾病,是布鲁氏菌病性骨关节炎的表现之一.有文献表明在布病患者中的发生率为2~53%,其中腰椎为主要好发部位,其次为胸腰段.其病理改变以椎间盘炎症改变为主.布病脊柱炎随病情轻重或病程长短对患者生活劳动有不同影响,部分患者因病情迁延关节肌肉挛缩致关节强直,严重者可致残疾.早期明确病因及时诊治可以降低致残率.近年来,影像学检查在布鲁氏菌病性脊柱炎的早期诊断中发挥着很重要的作用,成为国内外学者研究的热点.现就对布鲁杆菌病性脊柱炎的影像学诊断方法进行对比以及影像学诊断的新进展予以综述.%Objective:Brucellosis spondylitis is an infectious spondylitis caused by brucellosis at-tacking the spine. It is one of the manifestations of brucellosis osteoarthritis. It has been shown that the incidence of brucellosis in patients was 2~53%.The lumbar spine is the main predilection site, fol-lowed by thoracolumbar. The pathological changes of brucellosis spondylitis is mainly the intervertebral disc inflammation. Because of the different degree of disease,brucellosis spondylitis has different influ-ence on the life of patients with labor. Because of the disease lasted a long time,muscle contracture in some patients can lead to ankylosis or even disability. Early diagnosis and timely treatment can reduce disability. In recent years,imaging examination plays an important role in the early diagnosis of brucel-losis spondylitis. It has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, various imaging diagnostic methods for brucellosis are compared,and new progress in imaging diagnosis is also described.
