The physiological changes of Syringa oblata var.affinis Lingelsh.,Syringa villosa Vahl and Syringa microphylls Diels.at different period during flowering were studied.The results showed that during the flowering and senescence process,the relative water content,anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content increaseed from flower bud to blooming period,which decreased after blooming period.The relative conductivity increased continuously,and soluble protein content decreased continuously in the whole process.%对白丁香、红丁香、小叶丁香3种丁香属植物花开放进程中不同时期的生理变化进行了研究,结果表明:随着丁香属植物花朵的开放和衰老,花朵相对含水量、花青素含量和可溶性糖含量均从现蕾至盛开期上升,盛开期后一直到衰败期含量下降;相对电导率持续增大,可溶性蛋白质含量持续降低。
