中国工业行业全要素能源效率度量及其影响因素--基于共同前沿法的研究

     

摘要

Based on the parametric metafrontier approach proposed by Battese (2004 ) , this paper builds the total factor energy in-put matafrontier model of China's 36 industrial sectors from 2001 to 2013 , and measures energy efficiency defined by Shephard energy dis-tance function . Then , we take IV-GMM method to explore influencing factors of energy efficiency . The result shows that the general lev-el of all sectors'energy efficiency is comparably low , but there is an increasing tread in energy efficiency and distinct differences are ob-served in energy efficiency and energy conservation among sectors with different factor intensity . The ranking of sectors based on energy effi-ciency is:labor-intensive , capital-intensive and resource-intensive industries , and the three kinds of sectors all appear upward trends in spite of some small fluctuations . Moreover , average energy conservation potential per year of capital -intensive industries is 2.9 times as large as that of other two kinds of industries . In terms of influencing factors , R&D investment and the proportion of electricity in energy consumption have a positive effect on the improvement of energy efficiency .%本文采用Battese的参数型共同前沿法建立了中国2001~2013年36个工业行业的全要素能源投入共同前沿函数,结合谢泼德能源距离函数测算了工业行业的全要素能源效率并采用IV-GMM估计方法实证考察能源效率的影响因素。结果表明,样本期间中国工业行业全要素能源效率整体水平较低,但呈平稳上升趋势。不同要素密集度行业能源效率、节能潜力有显著差别,全要素能源效率从高至低依次为劳动密集型、资本密集型和资源密集型行业,虽然样本期内有小幅波动,但三类行业基本也呈上升趋势。此外,资本密集型行业的节能潜力是其他两类行业平均水平的2.9倍。影响因素方面,企业研发投入、电力占能源消耗比重对整体工业行业和各要素密集型行业能源效率的改善都有显著的正效应。
