本文在考察变革型领导、团队凝聚力与组织绩效关系的基础上,提出以团队凝聚力为中介机制的理论模型。通过湖南、广东等地的301份有效问卷的实证检验,结果发现:变革型领导对团队凝聚力和组织绩效均具有正向相关关系,团队凝聚力在变革型领导和组织绩效的关系中起中介作用。%〔Abstract〕 Based on the review of the relationship among transformational leadership , team cohesion and organizational performance , a theoretical model with team cohesion as mediation mechanism is proposed . Through the empirical analysis on the 301 valid questionnaires from Hunan , Guangdong , the result shows that transformational leadership has significant positive effect on both team cohesion and organi-zational performance;team cohesion plays a mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational per-formance .
