IT网络组织对云计算应用绩效影响实证研究——基于组织合法性的中介作用

摘要

The innovation and application of cloud computing technology to construct a new IT network organization, 212 valid samples are selected in this study, exploring the use of structural equation model analysis and regression analysis method, based on the empirical research on the effects of network organization performance of cloud computing applications, and to explore the mediating role of organizational legitimacy.The results show that it has significant positive influence on the application of cloud computing performance of IT network organization information sharing, mutual dependence, environmental impact and technology driven, normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy in the IT network effect plays a mediating role in the relationship between cloud computing application performance.%云计算技术的创新应用构建了新型IT网络组织,本文选取212份有效研究样本,采用回归分析等方法,借助于实证研究探讨网络组织对云计算应用绩效的影响,并探讨组织合法性的中介作用.研究结果显示,IT网络组织要素信息共享、 相互依赖、 环境影响与技术驱动对云计算应用绩效具有显著的正向影响,规范合法性以及认知合法性在IT网络组织影响云计算应用绩效的关系中起中介作用.
